DFW United stores typically have a supply area with most demo supplies available except for tablecloth, apron, and hat.

 

Arrival & Store Check‑In

• Go to the cracker aisle and locate the Signature Select Pita Crackers and featured ingredients.

• Take a selfie by the product shelf and text it to Karen (do not upload the selfie to the demo report).

• Take a picture of the product shelf to upload to the demo report.

• Select one package of crackers for check‑in purchase and purchase it using the Divvy card.

• Upload the receipt to the Bill Spend & Expense app and save a copy for the demo report.

• Go to the Front Service Desk and ask for a Manager to check in.

• Ask the Manager where they would like you to set up your demo station.

• Count and record opening inventory of all featured products.

 

Demo Set Up

• Cover the table neatly with the tablecloth.

• Display multiple units of each featured product that is shelf stable for guests to purchase.

• Do NOT display multiple units of refrigerated items.

• You can display an empty container.

• Arrange products in an organized, visually appealing layout.

• Display allergen sign.

• Take a picture of the completed demo station to upload to the demo report.

• Wash hands prior to opening product.

• Prepare the Smash Burger Dip.

• Any refrigerated item must be labeled with date/time when removed from refrigeration (Time as a Public Health).

 

How to Prepare Recipe

• Mix 8 oz (4 portion cups) Lucerne Cream Cheese, softened and 1 cup (4 portion cups) of Lucerne Sour Cream until evenly combined.

• Finely chop ½ cup (2 portion cups) of Dill Pickles.

• Add 1 cup (4 portion cups) Lucerne Sharp Cheddar Cheese, ½ cup (2 portion cups) Signature Select Dill Pickles, finely chopped, ¼ cup (1 portion cup) Signature Select Thousand Island Dressing, and ¼ cup (2 portion cups) Signature Select Bacon Bits.

• Mix until evenly combined.

• Place on ice.

• Welcome guests with a friendly greeting and invite them to try the Own Brands Smash Burger Dip.

• Place a small portion of dip into a portion cup and serve with a Signature Select Pita Cracker.
