Product Purchase

Purchase one can of Accelerator Active Energy using the Divvy card during check-in to verify product location and availability.
Upload the Divvy receipt to the Bill Spend & Expense app immediately after purchase.
All additional cans opened for sampling must be purchased at the end of the demo during check-out.
Display 6–8 cans of each flavor on the demo table for guests to easily identify flavors and purchase after sampling.

Arrival & Store Check-In

1. Arrive at your scheduled demo location.

2. Check in with store management.

3. Locate Accelerator Active Energy products.

4. Purchase one can using the Divvy card for verification.

5. Upload the receipt to the Bill Spend & Expense app.

6. Text a shelf selfie to Karen & Lexi.

7. Take a shelf photo for the demo report.

Demo Set Up

1. Set up the demo table near the product location whenever possible.

2. Cover table with tablecloth.

3. Display allergen sign.

4. Obtain a bag of ice from the Market Department or purchase bagged ice if needed.

5. Immediately place at least two cans of each flavor in a freezer location approved by store management to chill quickly while setting up.

6. Fill ice bucket with bagged ice and prepare for sampling.

7. Arrange 6–8 cans of each flavor neatly on the table.

8. Count and record opening inventory for each flavor.

9. Take a photo of the completed demo station before washing your hands.

10. Wash hands at the designated handwashing sink.

11. Return to the demo station and begin sampling.

Sampling Procedure

1. Open all featured flavors at the beginning of the demo.

2. Keep sample product chilled in the ice bucket throughout the demo.

3. Ask guests which flavor they would like to try first.

4. Pour approximately 1–2 ounces into a sampling cup.

5. Place the sample at the front of the station for guest pickup.

6. Share flavor information and key selling points while the guest samples.

7. Ask for feedback and offer additional flavors.

8. Encourage guests to purchase their favorite flavor from the shelf.
