Demo Set Up

Set up at the location designated by the Foodie.
Ask the Foodie where you can chill product while setting up.
Immediately place one 4-pack of Ginger Beer and one 4-pack of Tonic Water into a cooler, refrigerator, or freezer area designated by the Foodie so the product can chill before sampling begins.
Fill the ice bucket with ice and place it at the center of the demo station.
Display the Allergen Sign.
Display 6–8 packages each of Ginger Beer, Tonic Water, and Club Soda on the table for guests to purchase.
Wash hands in the designated handwashing sink before beginning sampling.

Sampling Procedure

Retrieve the chilled Ginger Beer and Tonic Water from the refrigeration area after completing setup and washing your hands.
Open one bottle of Ginger Beer and one bottle of Tonic Water for sampling.
Place opened bottles in the ice bucket to maintain proper temperature throughout the demo.
Product must remain chilled throughout the demo.
Greet each guest who approaches the table and invite them to sample Badger Bevs.
Briefly describe both featured flavors and ask which they would like to try first.
While sharing product information and selling points, pour the sample approximately halfway into a portion cup.
Place the sample at the front of the demo station for the guest to pick up.
Ask for feedback after they sample.
Encourage guests to try the second flavor.
If they sample both flavors, ask which they prefer.
Share recipe ideas and serving suggestions.
If they enjoy the product, encourage them to purchase a package while shopping.

Clean and sanitize the demo station.
Count and record ending inventory.
Purchase all additional 4-packs that were opened for sampling during the demo using your Divvy Card.
Do not purchase the 4-pack used for check-in, as it was already purchased at the beginning of the demo.
Upload the receipt to the Bill Spend & Expense app.
Complete and submit the demo report.
Upload the shelf photo and all receipts to the demo report.
