A demo kit containing sample product was shipped either directly to the demo specialist or to the store.

No product purchase is required unless additional supplies are needed.

Arrival & Store Check-In

1. Check in with store management.

2. Complete the required clock-in form:

   - Paper version

   OR

   - Electronic version if provided

3. Confirm demo location and access to electrical outlet if needed.

4. Take a selfie at the demo station and text it to Karen & Lexi. 

   (Do not upload to the demo report. Text to Karen & Lexi when you take the picture.)

5. Count opening inventory for all flavors.

Demo Set-Up

1. Fully cover the demo table with tablecloth.

2. Set up electric skillet safely near outlet access.

3. Arrange double-stacked Dixie cups, plastic spoons, napkins, and gloves neatly.

4. Place 6–8 packages of each flavor on the table for guests to take.

5. Display all product packaging neatly for customer visibility.

6. Keep work area clean and organized throughout the demo.

7. Serve one soup flavor for the first half of the demo and the second soup flavor for the second half of the demo.

Soup Preparation Instructions

1. Heat two soup pouches at one time in the skillet.

2. Stir occasionally while heating to prevent scorching.

3. Serve soup warm, not boiling hot.

4. Use two Dixie cups together for each serving so guests can comfortably hold the soup.

5. Provide a plastic spoon with every sample.

6. Rotate fresh product as needed throughout the demo.

Sampling Procedure

1. Greet customers warmly and invite them to try the featured soup sample.

2. Share the featured flavor with the guest and ask if they would like to sample it.

3. While serving, share key selling points and flavor information.

4. Share information about the additional Eatiful flavors available.

5. Ask guests for feedback after tasting.

6. Encourage purchase by directing guests to the product location or inviting them to grab product from the table display.
