• Apron & Hat

DFW United stores typically have a supply area with most demo supplies available except for tablecloth, apron, and hat.

 

Arrival & Store Check-In

• Go to the chip aisle and locate the Signature Select Potato Chips display.

• Take a selfie by the product shelf and text it to Karen (do not upload the selfie to the demo report.)

• Take a picture of the product shelf to upload to the demo report.

• Select one bag of chips for check-in purchase and purchase it using the Divvy card.

• Upload the receipt to the Bill Spend & Expense app and save a copy for the demo report.

• Go to the Front Service Desk and ask for a Manager to check in.

• Ask the Manager where they would like you to set up your demo station.

• Count and record opening inventory of all featured flavors.

 

Demo Set Up

• Cover the table neatly with the tablecloth.

• Display multiple bags of each featured flavor on the table for guests to purchase.

• Arrange the chips by flavor for an organized and visually appealing display.

• Place beverage napkins at the front of the demo station for serving guests.

• Display allergen sign.

• Wash hands prior to opening product.

• Take a picture of the completed demo station to upload to the demo report.

• Open all featured flavors at the beginning of the demo so guests can sample all flavors throughout the event.

 

Sampling Procedure

• Welcome guests with a friendly greeting and invite them to sample Signature Select Potato Chips.

• Ask guests which flavor they would like to try first.

• Place a few chips onto a beverage napkin and place it at the front of the demo station for the guest to pick up.

• Share flavor descriptions, product highlights, and pairing ideas while guests sample.

• Encourage guests to try multiple flavors and ask which one is their favorite.

• Count ending inventory of each featured flavor.

• Purchase any additional opened product using the Divvy card.

• Upload final receipts to the Bill Spend & Expense app.

• Take a final picture of the completed demo station if required for reporting.

• Submit the completed demo report with all required photos and inventory information.
