Central Market Will Provide:
•    Sampling supplies as needed
Procedure
1.    Greet guests and introduce Zelli Pasta.
2.    Offer a sample packet for guests to take home and try.
3.    Provide a recipe card when available.
4.    Encourage guests to purchase Creste Di Gallo or other Zelli Pasta varieties in store.
 

Version 2 – Cooking Away from Guests (Serve at Demo Table) - Preston & Houston
Bring From Home
•    Electric skillet
Central Market Will Provide
•    Colander
•    Plastic forks
•    Cooking utensils
•    Sampling cups
Cooking Instructions
1.    Cook Creste Di Gallo pasta according to package directions.
2.    Drain the pasta using the colander.
3.    Add pasta sauce to the electric skillet.
4.    Add the cooked pasta back into the skillet and mix with sauce.
5.    Bring the skillet to the demo table.
6.    Keep pasta warm in the skillet during the demo.
7.    Serve small sample portions to guests as they approach the table.
You may also provide sample packets from the demo kit for guests to take home and try.

Bring From Home

Cooking Instructions
1.    Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2.    Drain using the colander.
