DEMO OBJECTIVE 

Introduce shoppers to Woodstock Banana Water as a refreshing, plant-powered hydration beverage. Encourage guests to sample multiple flavors, learn key product benefits, and purchase while they are near the product.

Woodstock Banana Water is a fruit-based hydration beverage made from organically grown heirloom bananas. It is positioned as an alternative to traditional sports drinks and coconut water, offering a natural source of electrolytes with 0g added sugar and no artificial colors or flavors.

PRE-DEMO PREPARATION 

Review all flavors and talking points. 

Bring required personal items listed above. 

 
ARRIVAL & STORE CHECK-IN 
  • Check in at the Information Desk. 

  • Tell them you are there to conduct a demo. 

  • Ask for the Foodie and confirm your demo location. 

  • Have the Foodie sign your clock-in form (electronic version available upon request). 

  • Set up near the product if possible. 

 
DEMO SET UP 
  • Set up a clean and organized demo station. 

  • Immediately start chilling at least 2 cans of each product (if not already chilled)

  • Count opening inventory. 

  • Take a selfie at the shelf. 

  • Take a picture of the demo station. 

  • Display product on the table (unless displayed in a cold case – do not remove from refrigeration to display at room temperature). 

  • Keep all product properly chilled (use ice bucket). 

  • Arrange cups, napkins, and supplies neatly. 

 
SAMPLING PROCEDURE 
  • Greet guests and invite them to sample Woodstock Banana Water. 

  • Ask which flavor they would like to try first. 

  • Pour a small sample into a portion cup. 

  • Place sample at the front of the table for guest pickup. 

  • While they taste, share key selling points. 

  • Ask for feedback and offer additional flavors. 

  • Encourage guests to try multiple flavors. 

 
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & CONVERSATION IDEAS 

 

When guests approach:

CLEAN UP & WRAP UP 
  • Break down demo station and clean all surfaces. 

  • Dispose of all trash properly. 

  • Return any borrowed items to the Foodie. 

  • Count ending inventory. 

  • Purchase product used for sampling using your Divvy card. 

  • Upload receipts to the Bill Spend & Expense app. 

  • Submit demo report and all required pictures.
