Sampling Method
Serve each sauce with Signature Select or O Organics tortilla chips in portion cups.
Arrival & Store Check-In
Take a selfie at the Tari Hot Sauce shelf and text it to Karen. (Do not upload the selfie to the demo report.)
Take a photo of the shelf to upload to your demo report.
Purchase one bottle of Tari Hot Sauce using the Divvy Card.
Upload the receipt to the Bill Spend & Expense App and save a copy to upload to your demo report.
Go to the Front Service Desk and ask for a Manager.
Ask where they would like you to set up your demo station.
Count and record opening inventory for all three Tari sauces.
Demo Set Up
Cover the demo table with the tablecloth.
Borrow a non-breakable floral arrangement or decorations from the Floral Department for your table.
Place 6–8 bottles of each Tari flavor on the demo table for guests to view and purchase.
Arrange Tropical Kick, Verde Zest, and Smoky Heat so guests can easily compare the flavors.
Take a photo of the completed demo station and to upload to your demo report.
Wash hands in designated hand wash sink.
Sampling Procedure
Welcome guests with a smile and invite them to sample Tari Peruvian Hot Sauces.
Ask:
Have you ever tried Peruvian hot sauces before?
Briefly explain the three flavor options and ask which flavor sounds most appealing.
Place one tortilla chip into a portion cup.
Add a small amount of the selected Tari sauce to the chip.
Place the sample at the front of the demo station for the guest to pick up.
Share product information, flavor profiles, recipe ideas, and usage inspiration.
Ask for feedback and encourage guests to try additional flavors.
Point out the shelf location if they enjoy a flavor or encourage to take a bottle or 2 from your table.
