DEMO OBJECTIVE
Showcase Kusi Foods’ globally inspired sauces by offering guests a simple, flavorful tasting experience served on a chip. Encourage multi‑item basket purchases and inspire guests to explore bold, versatile sauces they can use at home.

PRE‑DEMO PREPARATION
• Review full demo instructions prior to arrival.
• Review The United Family of Stores demo policies.
PRODUCT VERIFICATION & PURCHASE (REQUIRED)
1. Retrieve one bottle of Kusi Andean Heat from the shelf.
2. Take a selfie in‑store with the products and text to Karen & Lexi.
3. Take the product to the Front Service Desk and charge to U Card or Divvy Card.
4. Text a photo of the receipt to Karen & Lexi.
5. Save receipt for demo report upload.
Note: All opened product must be purchased at end of demo using U Card or Divvy card and receipts submitted with report.
WHAT TO BRING FROM HOME
All demo supplies must be brought from home except DFW store locations, which will have equipment & disposable demo supplies in the demo supply area.
Required Equipment:
• Portion cups (1–2 oz)
• Gloves
• Napkins
• Tablecloth
• Allergen Sign
• Apron (no logos)
• Hat or hair covering (no logos)
• Food Handler’s Card
• Smartphone (photos & reporting only)
ARRIVAL & STORE CHECK‑IN
• Check in with Store Manager or Manager on Duty.
• ·Inform them you are sampling Kusi Foods
• Confirm demo location.
• Locate Kusi sauces in‑store (shelf‑stable sauces/condiments).
DEMO SETUP
• Cover table fully with tablecloth.
• Display all three Kusi sauces on the table (recommend at least 6 of each flavor)
• Keep Pita chips or Naan Bread sealed until ready to serve.
• Display Allergen Sign.
• Organize cups, napkins, gloves, and trash neatly.
• Take a photo of completed demo setup with you behind the table.
• Wash hands thoroughly and put on gloves.
Opening Inventory Count:
Record opening inventory of featured items as required.

SAMPLING INSTRUCTIONS – KUSI SAUCES ON A PITA CHIP or NAAN BREAD
1. Open each Kusi sauce bottle.
2. As guest approaches table, ask if they would like to sample Kusi Sauces, share available flavors.
3. Place a tortilla chip in a portion cup and place a small dollop of desired flavor onto chip or bread.
4. Share selling points with guests & ask for feedback. Ask if guest would like to try another flavor, repeating the process.
5. If guest likes product, ask their favorite and encourage them to purchase today!
