PRE‑DEMO PREPARATION

Before arriving at the store:

Review full recipe instructions prior to arrival.

Review The United Family of Stores demo policies.

Ensure all equipment and supplies are packed and ready.

 

PRODUCT VERIFICATION & PURCHASE

Upon arrival:

Retrieve Graham Crackers from shelf (UPC 00021130306190).

Take a selfie in‑store with the product and text to Karen & Lexi.

Take the product to the register and charge to U Card or Divvy Card.

Text photo of receipt to Karen & Lexi.

Save receipt for demo report upload.

Note: All opened product must be purchased at end of demo using U Card or Divvy Card and receipt submitted with report and to Bill app.

ARRIVAL & STORE CHECK‑IN

Check in with a manager and confirm demo location.

Set up table, signage, and sampling materials.

Wash hands in hand wash sink and put on gloves before handling food.

 

DEMO SETUP

Place a clean tablecloth on the demo table.

Set out the Graham Crackers, Peach Preserves, Honey and Cinnamon for display.

Keep the yogurt and prepared dip on ice.

 

RECIPE MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl:

Add 2 cups (8 portion cups) or whole 16 oz container of Lucerne Vanilla Greek Yogurt.

Stir in ½ cup (2 portion cups) Signature Select Peach Preserves.

Drizzle in 1–2 tbsp (½ portion cup) Signature Select Honey (adjust for sweetness).

Add ¼–½ tsp (3-4 pinches) Signature Select Ground Cinnamon.

Mix until smooth and creamy.

 

For serving:

Break Signature Select Cinnamon Graham Crackers into small dipping pieces.

Offer each customer a sample cup with a cracker piece.

 

SAMPLING PROCEDURE

Keep dip chilled throughout the demo.

Scoop 1 spoonful of dip into portion cup and place graham cracker on top.

Share Own Brands Recipe with guests.
