Pre-Demo Preparation

Store Arrival & Check-In

1. Check in at the Information Desk.

2. Ask for the Foodie.

3. Have the Foodie sign your Clock In Form.

4. Locate the products. They may be in refrigerated dairy or grocery.

5. Take a selfie by the shelf and text Karen & Lexi.

6. Count opening inventory.

7. Purchase one can with Divvy.

8. Upload receipt to Bill Spend & Expense.

9. Ask where to set up.

10. Gather demo supplies.

Chilling the Product

Thunder CoffeeMilk must be served cold. If not already chilled:

1. Immediately place at least two cans of each flavor in a freezer or approved refrigerated location while setting up.

2. Do not allow cans to freeze.

3. Place sampling cans in ice bucket.

4. Keep reserve cans refrigerated.

5. Replenish ice.

6. Shake well before opening.

Demo Set Up

1. Set up demo station.

2. Display allergen sign.

3. Arrange supplies.

4. Fill ice bucket.

5. Place chilled cans in ice.

6. If product is not already chilled, unopened cans may be displayed on the table for guests to take while sampling product chills.

7. Do not display refrigerated product at room temperature.

8. Display empty cans/approved marketing.

9. Take photo of completed demo station.

10. Take photo of product shelf.

11. Wash hands.

Sampling Procedure

1. Wear gloves.

2. Shake cans.

3. Pour 1 oz samples.

4. Do not pre-pour.

5. Greet guests.

6. Ask flavor preference.

7. Hand sample.

8. Share the key selling points.

9. Ask for feedback.

10. Offer another flavor.

11. Encourage all three.

12. Ask favorite.

13. Direct guests to purchase.
