Demo Objective

Introduce guests to CoAqua Coconut Water, educate them on its premium single-origin, never-from-concentrate story, and encourage guests to compare all three varieties before purchasing their favorite.

 

Product & Brand Overview

CoAqua is premium single-origin coconut water sourced from Vietnam's Mekong Delta.

It is never made from concentrate, contains naturally occurring electrolytes, and is packaged in recyclable aluminum cans.

The Still, Sparkling, and Lemony Passion varieties provide clean, refreshing hydration with no artificial flavors.

What to Bring From Home

(DFW Stores Only) DFW stores have demo equipment and disposable supplies available in the demo supply area.

Please bring:

  • Apron & hat

  • Tablecloth

  • Ice bucket

  • Allergen sign

  • Extension cord (recommended)

 

Store Supply Area Provides (DFW)

  • Table

  • Portion cups

  • Napkins

  • Gloves

  • Disposable demo supplies

 

Store Arrival & Check-In
  • Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled start time.

  • Check in with Store Management or Demo Coordinator.

  • Purchase one CoAqua beverage with your Divvy card to verify the correct product.

  • Save your Divvy receipt and upload to the Bill Spend & Expense app and the Demo Report.

  • Take a selfie at the shelf & immediately text to Karen.

  • Take a picture of the shelf to upload to the demo report.

  • Gather demo supplies.

  • Immediately place at least two cans of each flavor in the store freezer so they can chill while you set up your demo station.

 

Demo Set Up
  • Set up your demo table.

  • Count and record beginning inventory for each SKU.

  • Display the allergen sign.

  • Display available product while maintaining an attractive display.

  • Fill the ice bucket with bagged ice and transfer chilled cans from the freezer to the ice bucket.

  • Keep all sampling product on ice throughout the demo.

  • Before opening any product, take a picture of the completed demo station.

  • Wash your hands in a designated handwash sink.

  • Open one can of each flavor.

  • Pour fresh 1 oz samples as needed.

  • Place samples toward the front of the table.

 

Sampling Procedure
  • Welcome each guest.

  • Ask which flavor they would like to try first.

  • Pour a fresh sample.

  • Share product benefits.

  • Encourage guests to compare all three flavors.

  • If a guest enjoys sparkling water, recommend comparing the Sparkling variety to the Still version to experience how carbonation changes the flavor profile.

  • Ask which flavor was their favorite.

  • Direct guests to the product location and encourage purchase.

 
Clean Up & Wrap Up
  • Count and record ending inventory for each SKU.

  • Purchase any product opened to sample that was not purchased at the start of the demo on the Divvy card.

  • Upload receipt to Bill Spend & Expense app.

  • Save to upload to demo report.

  • Complete all inventory, sales, guest count, comments and required fields in the demo report.

  • Submit the completed demo report before leaving the store.
