Demo Objective
Introduce shoppers to ZYN Immunity & Recovery Turmeric Wellness Drinks, a refreshing functional beverage made with turmeric and key nutrients designed to support immunity, recovery, and everyday wellness.
Encourage shoppers to sample the different flavors and purchase the product while they are in the produce department.
Brand Overview
ZYN Immunity & Recovery drinks are wellness beverages formulated with curcumin (the active compound in turmeric) combined with black pepper extract to help the body absorb it more effectively.
Each bottle contains:
• Curcumin from turmeric
• Black pepper extract (piperine) to support absorption
• Vitamin C & Zinc to support immunity
• Low sugar and low calories
• No artificial colors, preservatives, or flavors
• Non-GMO ingredients

Pre-Demo Preparation
The product used for sampling was purchased via curbside order.
At the start of your shift:
1. Pick up the curbside order containing the demo product.
2. Bring the product inside the store to your demo station.
3. Confirm that all flavors are available for sampling.
What to Bring from Home

• Demo table &
• Table cloth
• Apron & Hat
• Portion/sample cups
• Napkins
• Gloves
• Ice bucket
• Pen / marker for logs
Arrival & Store Check-In
1. Enter through the main entrance and check in with store management or the customer service desk.
2. Let them know you are there to conduct a Four Star Demos sampling event for ZYN Wellness Drinks.
3. Set up your demo station in the produce department near the product, if possible.
4. Have the Manager sign a clock-in form (electronic version available upon request).
5. Take a selfie photo at the product shelf.
6. Take a photo of your demo table setup.
7. Count opening inventory.

Demo Setup
1. Set up your demo table neatly and professionally.
2. Fill the ice bucket with ice and keep beverages fully chilled throughout the demo.
3. Open one bottle of each flavor for sampling as needed.
Important: Product must remain cold and on ice during the entire demo.
Sampling Procedure
At the start of the demo: Serve all four flavors throughout the demo.
1. Invite guests to sample the product.
2. Ask which flavor the guest would like to sample first.
3. While discussing the selling points, pour a sample into a portion cup and place it in front of the table for the guest to pick up.
4. Ask the guest for their feedback.
5. Ask if they would like to try another flavor, repeating the process.
If demo product begins running low:
• Start rotating flavors instead of serving all four.
• Text Karen immediately.

End of Demo Procedure
​
1. Shut down the demo station.
2. Dispose of any remaining samples.
3. Count ending inventory.
4. Have the Manager sign the clock-out form.
5. Complete and submit the demo report according to Four Star Demos procedures.
