Store Arrival & Check-In

Check in with Store Management.
Purchase one package of Signature Select Original Tuxedo Cookies using the Divvy card for check-in verification.
Gather all demo supplies.
Obtain bagged ice from the Market Department or purchase ice using the Divvy card if necessary.
Locate all featured products.
Count and record the opening inventory of:

Take a selfie in front of the product display & text to Karen.
Take a picture of the product shelf and save to upload to demo reports.
Proceed to the demo location.

Demo Set Up

Set up the table neatly.
Display the allergen sign.
Display both Signature Select cookie varieties on the table for guests to purchase.
Recommend 6-8 packages of each flavor for guests to grab from your table.
Do not display additional milk cartons on the table since they are refrigerated items.
Place the Lucerne Half Gallon Whole Milk in a container of bagged ice throughout the demo to maintain product temperature.
Keep reserve milk refrigerated until needed.
Take a picture of the completed demo station.
Wash hands in a designated handwash sink before opening any products.

Time as a Public Health (Milk)

Once a carton of milk is removed from refrigeration for sampling: Write the date and time removed from refrigeration directly on the carton using a permanent marker. If you do not have a marker, you can write this information on a Time as a Public Health log.
Keep the milk continuously surrounded by bagged ice during the demo.
If the milk has been out of refrigeration for 2 hours, immediately discard any remaining product, even if ice remains, and open a new container.
Record required temperatures on the Time/Temperature Log according to company procedures.

Sampling Procedure

Offer both Signature Select cookie varieties throughout the entire demo.
Ask each guest which cookie they would like to try first.
Place one cookie into a napkin or portion cup.
Pour approximately 1 ounce of cold Lucerne Whole Milk into a portion cup.
Place the sample at the front of the table for the guest.
Share key selling points while guests enjoy the sample.
Encourage guests to compare both cookie varieties.
Invite guests to purchase both cookies along with Lucerne Whole Milk for the complete cookies-and-milk experience.
Ask for feedback and answer questions.

Upload the receipt to the Bill Spend & Expense app.
Also upload the receipts to the demo report.
Complete the demo report.
