🍓 Strawberry Shortcake Dip Cups

 

Ingredients

1 lb O Organics Strawberries, diced

1 block (8 oz) Lucerne Cream Cheese, softened

1 tub (8 oz) Lucerne Whipped Topping

½ cup Signature Select Powdered Sugar

1 tsp Signature Select Pure Vanilla Extract

Signature Select Cinnamon Graham Crackers, crushed

 

Instructions

Wash and finely dice strawberries.

In a mixing bowl, combine:

Cream cheese

Whipped topping

Powdered sugar

Vanilla extract

Mix until smooth and creamy.

Fold in half of the diced strawberries.

Layer in cups:

Spoon crushed graham crackers into bottom

Add strawberry dip

Top with fresh strawberry pieces

Keep chilled while serving.
