Father's Day Bruschetta

Ingredients:​

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Signature Select Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Garlic, drained

  • 1 cup Lucerne Rustic Cut Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 T. O Organics Balsamic Vinegar

  • 4 Large O Organics Basil Leaves, chopped

  • 1 loaf French baguette bread, sliced

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, cheese, and basil. Stir until combined. Spoon bruschetta on baguette bread and serve.
