Introduce shoppers to BE LOVE Hydration + Balance, a clean, balanced electrolyte beverage designed for everyday hydration. Drive product trial, communicate key product benefits, and generate in-store sales.

PRE-DEMO PREPARATION

A demo kit containing BE LOVE product will be shipped directly to your home.

Upon receipt:

  • Inspect all product immediately.

  • Refrigerate and chill product as soon as received.

  • Keep product properly chilled until transport to the store on demo day.

WHAT TO BRING FROM HOME

Required Items:

  • Apron (no logos)

  • Hat or hair covering (no logos)

  • Name badge

  • Tablecloth

  • Valid Food Handler’s Card

  • Smartphone (for required photos, reporting, and communication only)

Dress Code:

  • Long pants or jeans (no holes)

  • Collared shirt, sweater, or knit top

  • No hoodies, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts

  • Closed-toe shoes

Optional:

  • Ice bucket (If unavailable, notify Karen or Lexi prior to demo day)

ARRIVAL & STORE CHECK-IN

  • Check in with the Store Manager or Manager on Duty.

  • Inform them you are sampling BE LOVE Hydration + Balance.

  • Ask where to set up your demo station.

Clock-In Requirement:

  • Have the Manager sign your Clock In / Out Form upon arrival.

Required Photo:

  • Take a selfie in-store and text to Karen & Lexi.

DEMO SETUP

Ice Requirements

The United Family of Stores Food Safety Director requires that if a product needs to be on ice, it must be bagged.

You may obtain bagged ice by:

  • Asking the Market Department

  • Filling produce bags from the store ice machine

  • Purchasing a bag of ice using the U Card

Setup Procedure

  • Set up table neatly.

  • Keep all product properly chilled.

  • Wash hands and put on gloves.

Opening Inventory Count:

  • Count and record opening inventory of each flavor.

Required Photos:

  • Demo setup with you behind the table

  • Shelf selfie already sent to Karen & Lexi

SAMPLING PROCEDURE

  • Pour samples fresh per request.

  • Sample size: 1 oz

  • Sample all flavors throughout the entire demo.

  • Change gloves every 30 minutes.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

CLEANUP & WRAP-UP

  • Clean and sanitize demo area.

Closing Inventory Count:

  • Count and record closing inventory of each flavor.

Product Handling:

  • Any unopened cans from your demo kit must be taken home.

Clock-Out Requirement:

  • Have the Manager sign your Clock In / Out Form before leaving.

REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

  • Submit Clock In / Clock Out Form

  • Submit demo report

  • Upload 2 photos:

    • Full demo setup

    • Product display

Do NOT take photos of customers.
